IPS is
a Gambian registered fish processing company with a plant which
has facilities for handling fresh fish and
related products i.e. frozen, peeled white shrimps, frozen fillets of Atlantic
Sole.
Other products include prawns, lobsters, and cuttlefish.
The
frozen fish processing plant complies with HACCP regulations which is a
requirement for companies that wish to export to the United States and
other countries. It also meets EU requirements for fish exports.
