Alcoholic Cocktails:
• Tiramisu Martini
A traditional Italian dessert that has been liquidized!
Made from almond syrup, vanilla ice cream and fine chocolate
which are vigorously blended with coffee liqueur, vodka, sugar,
a dab of coffee and foam of vanilla to create this classic
pick-me-up
• Mojito Cocktail
Shaking it up Cuban style - white rum, sugar, fresh mint and if
you like with lime juice.
• Koko Martini
This is their in-house signature cocktail which came as an inspiration
on one of the hottest days in The Gambia. It is produced with
orange liqueur, lime, passion fruit juice, sugar, vanilla, vodka
and a dash of grenadine to create a hugely refreshing drink.
Non-Alcoholic Cocktails:
• Gold Medalist
A cold, gold style, fruity cocktail that shows you don't have to
have alcohol to have a party in a glass. Made with freshly
picked bananas, strawberries
and pineapple juice.
• Bloody Mary
While some people like it icy cold some like it hot and spicy,
their Bloody Mary fits the bill for both. Made with tomato juice
and mixed with their own Bloody spices.
• Strawberry Surprise
A totally refreshing mix of succulent strawberries, with the
juices of pineapple, orange, apple which are slowly poured over
ice.
