Information:
The Baker's Dozen, which opened on Pipeline Road in 2009,
is a modern bakery partnership which was founded by a couple
of young Gambian businessmen.
They commenced trading with the ideal of producing fresh bread
loaves, pastries, takeaway pizzas and other dough related
products. They have achieved their aims by using the
latest modern bakery equipment such as such as bread slicers,
mixing machines, double rack ovens, rolling stock cooling
racks.
Their ingredients, such as fine flour,
are imported from suppliers based in the Britain to make sure
that their products are of the highest possible quality.
