The individuals who created the company were a team of Gambian
nationals and an investor based in the USA.
Its
services includes non-life direct writing policies specially
designed policies for medical insurance, motor, fire, burglary, fidelity guarantee,
construction contract bonds and other risks. The corporation is a
member of the
West African Insurance Institute (WAII).

has been working in the insurance sector for over 25 years with his
previous job being at the
GNIC up until the
mid 1990s.
