Gambia Ltd. is a purchaser of agricultural outputs.
In 2007 it was incorporated in Banjul by Olam International
Ltd. of Singapore. Their operations are in the finding,
processing and delivering agricultural products and
food ingredients for export.
Among the food supply chain products it procures from
certain West African countries such as Ghana,
Cameroon, Nigeria, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Togo, The
Gambia, etc. are various nuts & seeds such as Raw
Cashew Nuts (RCN), peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts
and sesame seeds. They also buy and export crude
palm oil, cocoa beans, spices, dehydrated vegetables,
Robusta coffee and other primary produce for processing
and subsequent distribution of supplies globally to
destinations such as the USA, EU, Far East etc.
 These
mostly dry ingredients are intended for confectionery,
drinks and other food producers around the world such
as chocolate manufacturers, hot beverage powder producers,
pre-cooked food suppliers etc.
