This
little oasis used to be
frequented by urban
some urban Gambians wishing to get
a little peace and quiet.
At night the only noise
you can hear from you
bedroom are owls and
African field cricket
chirping away. In the
morning you will most
likely be woken by
birdsong.
If you
looking to stay in the
very heart of natural
Gambia surrounded by palm
tree and visits from the
odd local monkey then this
place is for you.
For birdwatchers this
place is a must as there
are large wetlands in the
vicinity which is a well
known sanctuary for birds.
