Meet Lara!
 Lara
is an amazing lady in her mid forties from the UK. She
has just finished a 16 week placement at the local school
where she has transformed the lives of many local children.
She has now gone home but a piece of her heart will
always remain here in The Gambia.

 So
whatever age you are a student looking for vacation
or gap year volunteer work, retired, feel like a career
break, just fed up with your life, come and have an
adventure and make a huge difference to these amazing
peoples lives.
You can choose to work in any area that suits you, medical,
education, business, tourism etc. We will tailor make
a placement for you. The placement is 2 weeks up to
1 year.
Your accommodation will be at the Banana
Lodge self-catering apartments.
 Volunteer
work placements are only available during the low season
i.e. May, June, July, August, September and October.
These jobs are aimed at the retired, young people and
middle aged persons.
