GamVet, also known as the The Gambia Veterinary Company,
is an importer and supplier of various veterinary drugs.
These medicines are mostly intended for livestock such as sheep and
cattle, many of which are located at the Abuko livestock
station.
They are also charged with monitoring
the imports of animal veterinary vaccines and antibiotics through the ports.
