Saine Cleansing Service

(SCS) are registered company of cleaning contractors operating within the Greater Banjul Area who offer services to businesses and private homes. They have insurance policies taken out on their workers and the business.

Cleaning Services:
The SCS cleaning contractor carries out the following:-

• Empty all garbage waste receptacles.

• Put trash in well covered trash bins and leave in an agreed location outside the office buildings.

• Dust all areas including wall ledges, baseboards, filing cabinets, windowsills, charts, bulletin boards and photo frames.

• Dust and wipe down cleared office desks.

• Wipe down reception desks, conference tables and chairs.

• Sweep all tiled floors.

• Vacuum clean or sweep all carpeted locations.

• Sweep and mop down all tile staircases.

• Wipe clean all glass windows and doors.

• Remove any litter from stair wells.

•Disinfect bathroom & toilet areas at least two times a day.

• Sweep the inside of your fenced compound and garages.

Lavatories:-

• Refill toilet paper holders, sanitary napkins and liquid soap dispensers.

• Sweep and mop all toilets thoroughly.

• Wash down and disinfect all fixtures such as wash basins, toilets, and mirrors.

• Turn off all light switches and lock all doors after cleaning has been finished.

Weekly Basis:-

• Give water to all the plants in the office

• Wipe down all staircase railings.

• Polish wood furniture surfaces such as desk tops.

• Clean down door jams

Monthly Basis:-

• Dust blinds and all other areas such as book shelves, further than a high hand reach.

• Dust door louvered windows.

• A thorough general cleaning of all floors.

• Re-adjust all window blinds to their correct angles.

Quarterly Basis:-

• Wash the insides of all windows.

Each 6 Months Basis:-

• Wash down all exit stairs.

• Remove, launder & re-hang curtains and blinds.

• Wash doors & louvers.

• Wash the external sides of windows.

Gardening:-
Take care of trees, shrubs and flowers whenever necessary.

Water all greenery in back and front of buildings even outside office hours.

Replaces flowers and plants when necessary, the cost of which is to be paid by client.
