Information:
Timbooktoo Bookshop Company is a mega bookstore which was established in 1998. Apart from being
well stocked, it is has a fully computerised
book ordering system via the internet.
There is also a point-of-sale system bookstore integrating ISBNs,
ISSN and bar codes. Books about Gambia an be ordered from Amazon.com
and other stores. They also offer a discount for bulk purchases of
educational books. Any book that is in print can be ordered with a
deposit of half of the price. Average time from ordering to receipt is
4-6 weeks. Shipping costs are ₤7- each book.
For those who are not able to visit the shop then are able to mail
copies to your address.
