Modern is a building design and construction company which was established in Banjul in
2008 in order to fulfill the desire for quality designed buildings in
The Gambia.
Among the Qube Modern portfolio of buildings are a
residential development in Bijilo, TAF "Oumie" house in Brufut
Gardens, the PHB & Sky Banks on Kairaba Avenue.
Because of high client approval, customers asked
that their services be branched out to other countries in the
sub-region. As a result Qube Modern now has offices in Ghana, Senegal
and
Nigeria. They can also run a turnkey service where they service the customer
and deal with all the issues around the development of property.
From design, plot surveys, setting out, construction permits, building
of the structure to the finishing and interior decoration.
Their team in Gambia includes Frank Amenechi who is an architect, Ndoye Njuga
who is the head construction foreman, Olumida Adenaiya who is a
surveyor, Peter Jarju who is a building design technician and Francis
Mboge who is a designer and builder.
