Cooking Method: |

Wash Catfish thoroughly with hot water and lime. |

Blend onions and chopped tomatoes. |

Fry blended onion mixture with tomato paste for 5
minutes. |

Then add 5 cups of water and seasonings. |
| |

Insert Catfish and vegetables and bring to boil. |

When almost cooked, reduce heat and re-season to
taste. |

| 7. |
Cover partly with lid and leave to simmer slowly.
Serve with plain, boiled rice.
