Cooking Method: |
| 1. |
Wash the spinach then boil with the Okra. |

Sieve then crush the spinach & Okra in a small
bowl |

Cut beef into slightly smaller than mouth size
pieces and season with the salt & pepper then leave standing for
30 minutes. |

Place all ingredients into a medium sized cooking
pot with the exception of the spinach / Okra mix & peppers. |

Add a 2 pints of water & bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for about an hour or until beef is tender and
sauce is reduced. |

Add spinach mix and peppers |

|
| 7. |
Cook for approximately 12 minutes |

Serve on top of the Chere |
